Thomas J. Stephenson is the Chairman and CEO of Pajarito Powder, which he co-founded in 2012. Pajarito Powder is transforming the hydrogen economy with superior catalyst products. Previously, he was on the Board of Directors of LabStart, aiding in the commercialization of Los Alamos National Laboratory technologies. As the Managing General Partner of the Verge Fund since 2004, Stephenson has driven fundraising, operations, and portfolio development, investing in 22 companies. He also serves on the boards of boomtime, Pajarito Powder, and Vibrant. Before Verge Fund, he was a General Partner at Murphree Venture Partners and worked at the Austin Technology Incubator. Stephenson holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in Physics from Rice University, and has taught entrepreneurial finance at New Mexico Tech.
