Step-by-Step

New Horizons Foundation focuses primarily in the areas of oil and gas, advanced material, environmental technologies, and advanced manufacturing. Every project has its own unique challenges, but generally, the process is the same for each:

  1. Identify Stakeholders – once a project is brought to our attention, we determine the people or entities that will have an interest in the final product.
  2. Identify Needs – determine if the concept requires legal, research, process or other advice.
  3. Implement Research/Discovery – initiate research through connections at research labs within Department of Defense or Department of Energy; begin legal advising through our attorneys.
  4. Implementation – consult with buyer (where applicable) to refine final product and needs associated with the project.
