NHF Board Member Dr. Steve McCleery

(Lea County, NM) – Dr. Steve McCleery is a founding member and the Vice President of the Board for New Horizons Foundation. He currently serves as the President of New Mexico Junior College in Hobbs, NM. He has been involved in higher education for over 40 years. His leadership, expertise, experience, and knowledge of higher education in the State of New Mexico is very important to the ongoing success of the foundation.

Dr. McCleery received his Doctor of Education from the University of New Mexico in 1995 and his Master of Science in Education from Texas Tech University in 1974. He also received his Bachelor of Science in Education from Lubbock Christian College in 1972.
